RC Costruzioni was founded as a result of a partnership between shareholders with a sound background in Industry and Finance and a team having a unique track-record in the high-end corporate sector construction business. The clear distinction of tasks between the company’s main shareholders, exclusively concentrated in defining operational strategies and in ensuring adequate financial support, and an independent management team, has been an innovation in the construction sector in Italy mainly characterized by family-owned companies which are operationally managed by their shareholders. RC Costruzioni has therefore brought about a new and modern operational approach constantly oriented towards the goal of innovation and growth and to this end, open to the possibility of partnerships with other operators who share the same aims and values.
