The work was completed by RC Costruzioni’s team in the course of a previous professional experience and executed in one of the most prestigious fashion retail streets in Italy. Located in Milan’s city center in Via Montenapoleone, the 5 storey Maison Cartier project in 2012 represents fully the team’s technical know-how applied to a specific project in the Fashion and Luxury retail sector. Executing every aspect of the renovation work including systems, major structural interventions and finishes at the highest market standards. Currently RC Costruzioni carries out the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the building.

The 2012 works required a major structural intervention. The building underwent a flooring demolition while maintaining the facades intact. The Maison Cartier was completed in a state-of-the art fashion with the outmost care placed in every detail of the project including the interior and exterior design.

The work was completed fully respecting time, budget, quality and safety constraints, solving difficult structural and technical problems, causing no disturbance
whatsoever to the nearby commercial activities in what is the main high-end street in Milan.
